Agent Recruitment Gatefolds
As a designer with @properties, I was tasked with creating a series of four gatefolds to serve as agent recruitment pieces. Gatefolds were mailed to the homes of agents working for competing brokerages by @properties Managing Brokers.
For each gatefold, I was responsible for sourcing imagery of high end homes for the cover, working with the Communications Manager to source copy for three interior panels, sourcing imagery and mockups for those interior panels and designing the layout.
On the outside and inner flaps of the gatefold, we included eye-catching imagery alongside market statistics promoting @properties as the leading brokerage in the Chicagoland area. The back cover features an image of the company's recognizable mural outside their Goose Island office, and was consistent throughout each gatefold.
Inside, each gatefold featured the managing brokers information & a short biography. I also designed two visual panels promoting what @properties offers their agents - this included image sourcing and editing (where necessary). With each round, the largest middle panel coordinated with the digital campaign.

Once the gatefolds were completed, we created a digital campaign for each gatefold mirroring the content of the largest interior panel. This campaign targeted the regions of the agents receiving gatefolds by mail.
